Well, it’s a bit like watching paint dry, but here are a few new photos. Obviously, this machine is taking the concrete and crushing it for re-use.
Stacks of rusted grates are piled to one side. Again, it appears they are headed for recycling. Both the reuse and recycling of materials on site are part of LEED standards for green building. We’re glad to see the developer, the city and the county’s commitment to this.
Lastly, my companion on this walk said the area looked like it was ready for a Monster truck show. Maybe a moto-cross race?

I’m not sure it fits LEED standards, but the construction crews could definitely raise extra money holding Monster Truck Rallys and Demolition Derbys in the evenings. It’s even a good setup, with crowds gathering on the sidewalk 30 feet above the action.
