Today was an AMAZING day for a bike ride. I’m sure I’m not alone in saying that it would be an even more incredible ride if I didn’t have to contend with the traffic.

Although I ride out Eastern Avenue from downtown at least once a week, and always pass loads of other riders - most drivers on that stretch act as if they’ve never seen someone on a bike before.

What does this have to do with The Banks? I happened to be checking out the Central Riverfront slide show online earlier today and noticed a clear mention of a bike path (slide 16).

Wow, that Riverfront Park bike path would have been PERFECT today. I am really looking forward to that.
